- For the first package benefits include: Butler services, gym, steam room, sauna use, outdoor swimming pool, satellite TV, complimentary WIFI and a private Safari vehicle throughout the Safari period.

-There are only 5 slots available for each package to make the tour more intimate and less crowded so as to guarantee our guests maximum convenience, personalised service and attention throughout the Safari period. This tour is available throughout the year with the exception of April-May and November (These two happen to be Kenya's rainy seasons).

First and foremost a Coffee Farm Tour for our guests to gain more knowledge on the various processes Coffee undergoes before getting to the green bean.
An opportunity to network and to even get to source high quality green beans for our guests that either run their own coffee shops or those looking to source some high quality, sun dried quality beans.
A mini Safari Experience.
And finally, we all know that everybody needs a small break from work (Wink).

For the Gold and Silver packages accommodation will be THE TRIBE HOTEL . These two packages have been designed for the guest that wants a richer, fuller and slightly more luxurious experience during their stay in Kenya.

For the bronze package accommodation will be at THE MASHPARK HOTEL NAIROBI

Both hotels are located in quiet and serene parts of the city where our guests will get to unwind and relax. This was intentionally done to have you as relaxed as possible for the exciting days ahead! This is a special offering in the sense that not only will it be a Coffee Farm Tour but also a Mini-Safari experience as our guests will get to visit some of Nairobi's best attractions from kissing an endangered Rothschild Giraffe to petting orphaned baby elephants ( This one is dependent on how soon a spot has been booked/down payment paid) to experiencing the Kenyan coffee scene. This tour has been primarily arranged on the above stated dates to coincide with the harvesting period to enhance the experience for our guests as (fingers crossed) the cherries will be fully ripened at this time and they will get to engage in the meticulous and incredibly tedious exercise of handpicking coffee which will provide a more wholesome experience as they will get to appreciate all the different processes undertaken to enjoy this powerful elixir that fuels the world!

This will not only be an educational coffee farm tour but will also be a Mini-Safari as you will get to visit and feed the endangered Rothschild Giraffes at the Giraffe Center, visit the Karen Blixen museum, visit a coffee Roastery and also get to visit one of Kenya's best specialty coffee shops, BARISTA AND CO. as well as get to eat out at some beautiful city restaurants as Nairobi has an incredibly vibrant restaurant scene. So pack your curiosity, your sense of adventure and an appetite for learning because your Coffee Safari promises to be an expedition of discovery, delight, and delectable bites.

ITINERARY

Day 1 : You will be picked up from JOMO KENYATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT by the tour leader and dropped off at the hotel. Our guests will get to settle into the new environment and in the afternoon get to venture out to the nearby JUNCTION MALL/ YAYA CENTER/ VILLAGE MARKET MALLS to get a feel of what life in Nairobi is like. Dinner will be had at the respective properties as our guests prep for the following day's small city Safari.

Day 2 : Our guests will be picked-up from the hotel and depart for the GIRAFFE CENTER to feed the endangered Rothschild Giraffes ( the lucky ones may even get a kiss from the Giraffes!) then after we will depart for THE TALISMAN RESTAURANT for lunch then after that have a short drive to visit the nearby KAREN BLIXEN MUSEUM to visit the former home of the Author of the world famous" OUT OF AFRICA", Baroness Karen Blixen. After this tour you will be taken back to the hotel to relax and enjoy the different hotel amenities on offer.

(Yes our guests will get to be up close and personal with some lovely giraffes during their visit to THE GIRAFFE CENTER )

Day 3 : You will be picked up from the hotel in our Safari purposed 4*4 Land-cruiser and embark on roughly an hour's drive to the coffee farm tour to be educated on the different processes involved in coffee production followed by lunch at the farm then another hour's drive back to your hotel.

Day 4 : On this day you will get to to visit a local Coffee Roastery to see the coffee roasting process (a process of which most of you are well acquainted with) then after we will have lunch followed by a visit to one of the finest specialty coffee shops in Kenya, BARISTA AND CO. to have one coffee drink of choice (of which we will pick up the tab for one drink for each guest) after this visit we will depart the mall and head home for the hotel to enjoy the pool and gym at the respective hotels.

Day 5: Pick up from the hotel and drop off at JOMO KENYATTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT for our guests to transit back to their respective destinations.
