Saving our in-house favorite for last is Ankole Grill! Ankole Grill is a premier steakhouse in Nairobi, inspired by the rich culinary traditions of East Africa. Named after the majestic Ankole cattle known for their long, elegant horns, the restaurant focuses on delivering high-quality, flame-grilled meats infused with bold African flavors. With two branches in Nairobi, Kilimani and Kitisuru, we prefer the latter. The branch in Kitisuru has a beautiful outdoor in a forest like setting which provides a calming and peaceful environment with a bonfire pit to add for extra kick. It is always safe to make a reservation especially in the evenings as it is almost always jam packed full of jolly people eager to see their friends and family after a day busy at work.
